Context
At the end of the year, BeeToGreen wanted to launch a service communication campaign to notify its customers of their remaining balance and encourage them to use it before it expired. The goal was to disseminate clear, visible, and immediate information.
To meet this challenge, BeeToGreen activated the RCS channel, which combines rich messaging, interactivity, and high visibility.
