For Black Friday, Besson Shoes wanted to activate a powerful communication lever to generate immediate traffic to its website and stores. The campaign was sent to a mixed sample of representative customers with an automatic SMS fallback guaranteeing total coverage: customers who were not eligible for RCS were thus reached via a standard SMS.

Objectives
